Summer Beauty | Airbrush Legs

With leg baring weather in full force, I tested Sally Hansen's Airbrush Legs to achieve a glowy summer hue on a recent brunch date with M.
Although the summer heat wave has not erupted just yet in LA, I'm getting an early start on what will most likely be a season of leg-baring adventures filled with fun under the sun. Past summer leggy unveilings always revolved around embarrassing moments of peeling off my jeans and maxi dresses after a long and shady hibernation to reveal pasty legs in desperate need of Vitamin D. Then comes the mad scramble to bake them under any kind of UV ray in hopes of an instant fix. The outcome is never sunny, as I either over-bake or undercook. Well, those days are gone because I've just discovered the power of airbrush spray.

At a brunch date last week, I tried Sally Hansen's Airbrush Legs for a dose of color glowing with the warm hue of summer. The long-wearing, water-resistant package is perfect for summer days and nights as it includes both a spray for light-to-medium coverage and a lotion for medium-to-full coverage, perfect for summer weddings, weekend festivals, and action-packed glam nights. Both products promise to hide imperfections while infusing my otherwise anemic-looking legs with a nice, warm glow. I used the spray on my brunch date with M as it adds a shimmery dimension to subtly brighten up my outfit. Even a spray tan novice like myself was able to use it without incident as the spray allowed for surprisingly great control. I sprayed it into my hands and rubbed the product on my legs for a more even and natural look and waited 2 minutes before putting on my outfit. It even covered up an old scar on my knee cap!
