Style at the GAP

As you may have gleamed from my previous post, I completed my first styling assignment this past Saturday! I was one of the ten Two Point Oh LA fashion bloggers that got to participate in the South Bay Galleria Spring 2011 Trend Presentation and Runway show. Each of the stylists were assigned a specific store and was in charge of pulling clothes and styling four models in an array of different looks. It was such a fun experience and I truly LOVED each and every minute of it.

I was lucky enough to have the GAP as my store. They have some amazing new Spring items there are simply irresistible. In fact, after the styling assignment was over, I immediately switched hats and stepped into the role of a manic shopper and went a little trigger happy.

The models were GAP employees. It was so fun to style real people and to see how different items fit on different body types.

fun preppy chic

With my lovely crew at the runway presentation! I'm wearing GAP head to toe. The denim wide leg trousers were amazing! They lifted up my butt and narrowed my hips. After the runway show, I didn't want to take them off. So, I bought them.

Thank you to those that voted for me this past Saturday. If you didn't get a chance to, you still can! For the next week, visit my South Bay Galleria styling page and leave a comment.  Once you've left a comment, email me and let me know and you will be entered to win some beauty goodies!
