I Wish I Was a Little Bit Taller...

As a 5’4 ½” tall-shortie, I always felt like I had the potential to be taller, that I could've reached just a bit closer to the stars and the palm trees if I'd drank milk every day and provided my bones with a bit more TLC. Sadly, I'm lactose intolerant and have avoided milk like the plague all my life. Until now! I'm so excited to share lactose-free fairlife ultra-filtered milk, the solution to my dairy woes, with my fellow dairy fearing readers!

Life With Intel

This post was sponsored by Intel. All thoughts and opinions are my own.
The life of a blogger is entrenched in dichotomy as I'm either at home in PJs typing away or zigzagging through LA shuffling from meetings to events. And on days I'm out, I usually bring my laptop with me so I can work during downtime. On those days, my office is the nearest Wifi powered cafe.

A few weeks ago, I switched out my laptop for my Intel powered ASUS Transformer Book Chi as I wanted to try out the versatility and functionality of a 2 in 1 detachable tablet and see if I could survive both indoor and outdoor days without a laptop. Here's what went down.

Taking a moment to stop and smell the flowers! Spring is in bloom!

The Five People You Need to be Successful in Anything

With any career or entrepreneur business, the road to success is marked by uncertainty as too often uncontrollable elements like luck and timing can make or break a business.  The good news is there are a few constants within one's control that define success. One of them is surrounding yourself with inspiring people. After all, no man (or woman) is an island!

Throughout my journey as a lawyer, blogger, and entrepreneur, there has been five defining types of people who have helped, guided, and mentored me along the way. They are, in my opinion, the five people you need to be successful in anything you do.  Check out the video to see who they and how they help to drive success!

I'm still paving the path to achieving my career goals but I'm lucky to have a support system that motivate me to work hard, live honestly, and to always try to impact meaning and positivity to the world. I hope you have these people in your life and that you are one of them to someone else!

My Skincare Routine | Hydrate

I'm super excited to share how I'm winning the fight against dry skin with water-based skincare products from Target!

Before The Clock Strikes Midnight

At an advance IMAX screening of Cinderella, I got lost in the magical world of Ella and her Prince Charming. Perhaps one of my favorites of all time, the movie was beautiful, sweet, poignant, and inspired my day and night Cinderella outfits.

The Amazing Race | Phuket

In Phuket, we lost our first place lead and slipped to third place on the third episode of The Amazing Race. But that was insignificant compared to what happened at the pit stop. We got to witness love unfold as Matt proposed to Ashley on the rooftop of the Sri Panwa Hotel Baba Restaurant overlooking one of the most breathtaking views in the world. It was a beautiful moment that I will never ever forget!

Pinky Up

A lady can never have enough Chanel...or get enough of afternoon tea.

Beauty Break | New Year Red, Gold, and Emerald

I celebrated the last day of Chinese New Year with Privy and Chase at their 1930 Shanghai Gala. Adorned in a scarlet red mermaid gown from Forever Unique, I dressed my nails in glittery gold and emerald with the help of Sally Hansen.

The Amazing Race | Tokyo and Nagano

I was beyond thrilled to start The Amazing Race in Japan as the country has been on the top of my travel "to go" list for years! Thank you Japan for helping #thelegalteam finish the first two legs in first place! As you probably guessed, I didn't get to spend too much time in Tokyo or Nagano on a race around the world so I'm definitely going back later this year to retrace my steps and explore the country with just a bit more time on my hands. Inspired by my brief but amazing time in Japan, here's a look at what makes Japan one of the most unique and amazing places on Earth!

Cinderella Moment

I felt like a modern day Cinderella in my two-piece dress from Lulu*s  paired with floral heels from DSW while exploring the whimsical grounds of Langham Pasadena.
