{GBF Travel | Denver Dining}

In Denver, I discovered that everything is delicious. We didn't have one bad meal as every meal was worthy of a second, third, tenth visit.

For brunch, go to The Edge restaurant inside the Four Seasons in downtown Denver. Their chocolate chip pancakes were so good I got some to go and had them for dinner the same night. The strawberry and spinach salad is perfect for a light brunch but if you want some healthy protein try the tamari glazed salmon. For those with heartier appetites, the braised shortrib eggs benedict is addicting.

For dinner, go to the The Source, a hipster artisan marketplace that houses one of the best restaurants in Denver. Acorn is eclectic American cooking at its best. The small plates are great for sharing and trust me you're going to want to try multiple dishes. You must get the kale and apple salad, the oak grilled octopus, the lamb shawarma, and the tomato braised meatballs.
For dessert, visit the Little Man Ice Cream shop in the Highland area. The twenty minute wait is worth it as the instagram friendly shop housed inside a twenty-eight foot tall cream serves the best ice cream in town. Flavors change daily which is why I went three days in a row. The ice cream is creamy, perfect, and the ultimate happiness in a bowl.
