{GBF Life + Beauty} Tricks Aren't Just For Kids

 I have a confession to make. I trick or treat on Halloween. The idea of knocking on a stranger's door dressed in costume, receiving freebies, and indulging in all my favorite candy is a cultural anomaly that should be cherished as a national privilege. Why would anyone in their right mind want to grow out of it?

The ramifications of going trick or treating may include walking alongside kids half my height, receiving candy from kids half my height, and being dished a few snide remarks from adults my height along the vein of "What are you dressed as? An adult?" Although I stand proud in my conviction that tricks aren't just for kids, I realize some people may feel a little shy about exercising their right so here's a foolproof plan that allows you to enjoy the fun of TRT without suffering the humiliation.

{GBF Guide: How to Trick or Treat as an Adult}
1. Wear a mask. Once the mask is on, age is off.
2. Borrow a kid. This way, you're just one of the adults taking an age appropriate child to go TRT. Make sure you have a verbal agreement with the kid to split the loot and that you get dibs on Kit Kats.
3. If you can't find a mask or a kid, dress up your nails with cool nail art. This way, when you're at the doorstep reaching your hands out for candy, you can shift the focus from your age to your cool nails. For your reference, below are some of my favorite Halloween inspired nail art.

On October 31, I hope you will join me in exercising your right to candy.
