LA Weekend Sales-Barney's Warehouse Sale

The bi-annual Barney's New York Warehouse Sale is back at the LA Convention Center!  A warehouse full of women's and men's designer clothing and shoes such as Marc Jacobs, Diane von Furstenberg and Alexander Wang are all up to 75% off. 
When: Thursday, August 5, and Friday, August 6, from 8 to 9 p.m.; Saturday, August 7, from 9 to 7 p.m.; Sunday, August 8, from 10 to 7 p.m.; next week: August 9 through August 13, from 10 to 8 p.m.; and August 14 and August 15, from 10 to 7 p.m.Where: Barneys New York Warehouse Sale at the L.A. Convention Center, 1201 South Figueroa Street, South Hall K, (at West Pico Boulevard).

I usually head straight to the shoe rack.  Great selection of Loubs and Manolos on the first day.  Although the discounts get steeper and steeper as the sale progresses, the selection also gets bleaker and bleaker.  Historically, the clothing section has been pretty paltry.
