Palette Pretty

When I was at CVS earlier this week, the N.Y.C eyeshadow palettes caught my eye (no pun intended!).  I love palettes because application is a no-brainer!  The colors are carefully chosen by beauty experts so you know they will complement each other.  Some palettes even come with application instructions.  The N.Y.C palettes were flattering and just a bit metallicky in color and contained all of the basic hues every girl should have in her makeup arsenal.  And the best part?
